How much does MyLeadsFactory cost?
Single-pillar engagements start at $2,500/month (or 15% of monthly ad spend for paid media, whichever is higher). Multi-pillar engagements start at $7,500/month and scale with which pillars are active and at what depth. Every engagement starts with a free audit and a custom quote, no fixed packages.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We don't charge setup fees, onboarding fees, or technology fees. The monthly fee covers everything: strategy, execution, reporting, and account access. You only pay for the months you engage.
Do you mark up ad spend?
No. You pay Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms directly through your own accounts. We never run media via reseller accounts, never take undisclosed referral fees, and never mark up ad spend.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Every engagement is month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days notice and keep all your ad accounts, analytics, CRM data, social handles, and any content we produced. The work product stays with you.
What's the minimum ad spend to work with you?
$5,000/month minimum ad spend for paid media engagements. Below that, Smart Bidding can't accumulate enough conversion data to optimize effectively in most verticals. For SEO/AEO, website optimization, social, and strategic-support engagements, there's no ad-spend minimum because those pillars don't use paid media.
How is pricing different for the five pillars?
Floors per pillar: Strategic Support $2,500/mo, Website Optimization $3,000/mo, SEO & AEO $3,500/mo, Paid Media Management $2,500/mo or 15% of ad spend (whichever is higher), Social Media Management $4,000/mo. Multi-pillar engagements get cross-pillar discounts; the typical multi-pillar engagement runs $7,500-$25,000/month depending on scope.
