Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.myleadsfactory.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by MyLeadsFactory LLC (“MyLeadsFactory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission.
  • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or harmful material to the Site.

  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate MyLeadsFactory, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which may harm us or users of the Site.

3. Services and Engagements

The Site provides information about MyLeadsFactory's Google Ads management and related digital advertising services. Submission of an inquiry through any contact form on the Site does NOT, by itself, create a service agreement. Any actual service engagement between you and MyLeadsFactory will be governed by a separate written agreement (such as a service order, statement of work, or master services agreement) executed by both parties.

Information presented on the Site about our services, methodology, expected results, and case examples is provided for general informational purposes. Specific outcomes depend on factors that vary by client, industry, market conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, logos, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by MyLeadsFactory LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Site except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

The names “MyLeadsFactory,” the MyLeadsFactory logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of MyLeadsFactory LLC. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Trademarks

MyLeadsFactory is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., LinkedIn Corporation, or any other third-party platform mentioned on the Site. References to Google, Google Ads, YouTube, AdSense, Search Ads, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar terms are for descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials, case studies, and results information presented on the Site reflect the experiences of specific clients in specific circumstances. They are not guarantees, warranties, or predictions of future results. Your individual results from any service we provide may differ. Where indicated, testimonials are representative examples of feedback we have received and will be replaced with named client testimonials as clients opt in.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYLEADSFACTORY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented on the Site, and any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYLEADSFACTORY LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF MYLEADSFACTORY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyLeadsFactory LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in accordance with those policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision will be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyLeadsFactory regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to that use. Any service engagement between you and MyLeadsFactory is governed by a separate written agreement.
